CHALLENGE
The topic learning meets the employees’ resistance because they associate time-consuming trainings with it. The enterprise does not have a centralised business unit which is responsible for learning and promotes employee acceptance. Furthermore the budget available for further training is limited.

SOLUTION
At the beginning a strategy for the entire field of training was elaborated, and subsequently a learning platform was implemented. In close cooperation with the enterprise LearnChamp has worked out which learning method is the most suitable one for which content. The new eLearning courses are efficiently designed and take only about 20 minutes. To set up an entity responsible for learning, an employee from the enterprise has been entrusted with the position of Knowledge Manager. He is in charge of all issues associated with training as well as for the internal lobbying that is required to raise employee acceptance while at the same time implementing the wishes of the managing board.

ADVANTAGES
  • A Knowledge Manager reconciles the wishes of the managing board and the needs of the employees
  • Shorter trainings that take only about 20 minutes raise efficiency and employee acceptance
  • Content customers due to better trained staff
