At the start of the millennium, Michael brought over the idea of establishing e-learning in Austria from Chicago. Today, as the Managing Director of Learnchamp, he still works enthusiastically on raising companies to the next level with digital learning – or he brews coffee with his Italian espresso machine.

Organizational skills, an always open ear and a warm-hearted nature make Ines an amazing Project Manager. She loves to plan, always keeps an overview, and ensures thatprojects run successfully. As a balance, she enjoys being with her family andfriends, drinking coffee in a Viennese coffee house or travelling.

Vanda is the team lead of Content Production at LearnChamp. Together with her team, she handles major, annually recurring localisation projects for longstanding customers, brings the carefully developed concepts of the Learning Designers to life and is constantly searching for innovative tools and methods for future projects.

As a learning designer, Tatjana fills concepts, learning objectives, user flows and storyboards with creativity and life. And thanks to her dual role as a tool expert, she also conjures up the most sophisticated courses in the Evolve authoring tool. How good that she can spend a lot of time on the weekends with her three sweet family dogs and relax.

Georgi is not only the lead of the Development and Implementation Consulting hubs at LearnChamp, but, as a technical mastermind, he is also the right person for our customers to contact regarding all questions about learning technologies. There is scarcely a dull moment for Georgi both professionally and privately – he is regularly drawn to faraway countries and unusual travel destinations.

As a creative graphic and UX/UI designer, Zsófia combines her IT and business skills to create designs that inspire, placing great emphasis on user-friendly solutions. In her spare time, she studies front-end development and enjoys applying her creativity to renovation and sewing projects.

Julia brings many years of management experience in an international software corporation to LearnChamp. She currently keeps everything together for many of our customers so that they do not lose sight of what is important - the Amazing Learning Experience. In addition, she is responsible for People Management. Privately she is also a fast mover - as an ice dancer she glides over the ice.

As a learning designer, Birgit brings a perfect blend of creativity and media education to her work. With her communicative style, she designs learning experiences that not only inform, but also inspire and have a lasting effect. Away from her day-to-day work, she seeks the challenge of bouldering routes, the tranquillity of hiking in nature and variety through culinary experiences from all over the world.

Privat sorgt sie mit dem Zaubern der schönsten Torten in Wien für eine großartige Atmosphäre bei jedem Ereignis.

Als Product Managerin bei LearnChamp treibt Nesiba die Entwicklung neuer Produktideen voran, kombiniert Produkte und Services für eine „Amazing Learning Experience“ und bringt sie an den Mann/die Frau. Ihr oberstes Ziel dabei sind zufriedene und glückliche Kunden. Intern ist sie als unser firmeneigener Paparazzi bekannt und kümmert sich um die tollsten Bilder und Gifs.

Tom ist als IT-Tausendsassa mit "allen Wassern gewaschen" und installiert, programmiert, rekonfiguriert, migriert und koordiniert verschiedenste Systeme für LearnChamp und unsere Kunden. Als Elder-Millennial versteht er nach wie vor die Wichtigkeit von Cat-Content und versorgt deshalb die LearnChamps mit süßen Fotos seiner Katze Aria.

Außerdem verantwortet sie bei uns das People Management. Auch privat ist sie schnell unterwegs - als Eistänzerin schwebt sie übers Eis.

Als eine unserer Totara Learn-Experten konfiguriert Senka das Open Source Learning Management System und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Implementierung. Mit ihren Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und interkulturellen Kompetenzen ist sie dafür verantwortlich, eine einwandfreie Kommunikation mit den Kunden aufrechtzuerhalten, die Anforderungen der Kunden zu verstehen und optimale und innovative Lösungen vorzuschlagen.
